Terms of Service

Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before commissioning me. By taking my services, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the terms outlined below. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

**I am not currently open to NSFW commissions, but this may change in the future or for the right offer and as long as I feel comfortable with it.

- 1.GENERAL INFORMATION

Please maintain respectful and polite communication. Any rude behavior could compromise our co-operation on future projects or result in the termination of the commission.
All prices listed here are base prices and may change depending on the complexity of the request. Once the commission process has started, any changes from initial design agreement will not be accepted.
I will always be communicative and provide updates via my tracking page or direct message. So, in return, I'd like you to also maintain timely communication.
Please do not ask me to copy another artist's style unless it is a service I'm offering (ie. CRK style chibis). If you are commissioning me, you are doing so for my art style and that is what you will receive.
I reserve the right to decline any commission if I am uncomfortable with it or if I feel it is outside of my ability.

- 2.COMMISSION PROCESS

Payments must be made upfront and in full, in USD, unless specified otherwise.
Payments must be made through PayPal. If I accept your commission order, I will send a PayPal invoice to the email provided and once you have paid it, I will add you to the queue on the tracking list.
Please provide reference materials and/or clear descriptions for the commission when sending your order. I may ask for additional reference material.
Visual references are preferred. If your character does not have a set design, additional fees will apply due to the added task of designing the character for you.
Once your commission is started, I will send you a rough sketch via email. Please provide any feedback at this stage. I will use your feedback to further refine the sketch. Once the sketch has been green lit we can move on to colors.
At color step, I will send you the base colors, as provided by your references. If you'd like some colors changed, please use this stage to do so.
Any additional feedback after this stage will cost an additional fee and that fee will increase for any further changes beyond that. Example: First additional feedback +$10, second +$20, third +$30
Once the commission is completed, you will receive a google drive folder link containing all final images which will include a watermarked and non-watermarked version.
--> Please save these onto your own device, as I will delete old folders after a certain time.
You can check the progress of your commission on my tracking site at any time.

- 3.RUSH ORDERS

I will accept rush orders, but the price will be doubled.

- 4.USAGE POLICY

Commissions are intended for personal use only, unless the commissioner chose and paid for the commercial option when ordering.
Using my artwork to train AI or for NFTs is strictly prohibited.
When sharing or displaying the commissioned artwork on any platform, please provide proper credits to me and tag my socials ♥
I retain full rights to post the commissioned artwork on my social media, portfolio, or any other platforms. If you'd like your piece to be private for any reason, you can request this.

- 5.REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Partial if job is in progress, full if I haven't started on it; minus the PayPal fees.
No refunds if the commission is completed.

- WARNINGS

Just because I am paid (or paid more for rush orders), doesn't mean I will put up with abuse or harassment of any kind. I treat all clients in a professional, polite and respectful manner, and I expect the same from my clients. Problematic and difficult behavior will get you a refund, blacklisted, and given a beware warning to other artists in the community.

"Value-add" means you must modify, enhance, or integrate the commissioned asset into a new digital or physical product before selling it. Simply re-selling the asset "as-is" is not allowed. The asset should be part of a new creation or product that offers additional value beyond the original work.Examples of "value-add" in commercial merchandising include:
• Creating physical merchandise (like prints, apparel, or accessories) using the commissioned asset
• Making derivative digital or physical products, such as new commissions based on the original asset The asset must be incorporated into a new product, not resold "as-is."
